Payment is due according to the terms in your service agreement
You may cancel with 30 days' notice as specified in your agreement

5. Intellectual Property

The custom workflows and automations we create for you remain your property. Our underlying technology, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain the property of French Business Solutions. You retain ownership of all your business data.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service availability. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, French Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
