companies that handle leads, appointments, payments, and team
task management on a regular basis.

Setup & Implementation
Most businesses are up and running within 5-10 business days.
Simple setups (1-2 workflows with common integrations) can go

Pricing & Billing
Pricing consists of two components: (1) a one-time custom setup
fee based on the complexity of your workflows and integrations,
and (2) a monthly maintenance fee that covers ongoing
optimization, support, and updates. We provide transparent
pricing upfront during your consultation with no hidden fees.

No. AWP has no usage limits, no per-transaction fees, and no
surprise charges. Your monthly fee remains consistent regardless
of how many leads you process, appointments you schedule, or
payments you receive. The only variable is if you choose to add
new workflows, which would require additional setup work and
adjust your monthly maintenance accordingly.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your
monthly maintenance with 30 days' notice. We're confident you'll
see significant value, but we don't lock you into commitments.
Your automation setup belongs to you, and you retain access to
your workflows even if you cancel maintenance (though
optimization and support would end).
Support & Maintenance
Monthly maintenance includes: proactive monitoring of your
workflows, performance optimization, bug fixes and
troubleshooting, workflow adjustments as your business evolves,
integration updates when platforms change their APIs, technical
support via email/chat, and monthly performance reports.
Essentially, we ensure your automation runs smoothly and adapts
to your changing needs.
We actively monitor your workflows and receive alerts if
anything stops functioning properly. Most issues are resolved
proactively before you even notice them. If you do encounter a
problem, contact our support team and we'll address it
promptly—typically within a few hours. Critical issues affecting
lead capture or customer communication are prioritized and
resolved immediately.
Absolutely. Your monthly maintenance includes workflow
adjustments and refinements. As your business changes—new
services, different processes, team restructuring—we'll update
your automation accordingly. Major changes that add entirely new
workflows would be scoped separately, but modifications to
existing workflows are covered under maintenance.
Security & Data
Yes. AWP uses secure, encrypted connections for all data
transfers between your systems. We follow industry-standard
security practices and only access the minimum data required for
workflows to function. Your business information stays in your
existing tools (CRM, calendar, etc.)—AWP simply connects them
and automates actions. We never store sensitive customer data on
our servers.
Your data remains in your business systems where it always was
(your CRM, calendar, email platform, etc.). AWP doesn't store
your business data—it only facilitates connections and actions
between your tools. If you cancel, your workflow automations
stop running, but all your data stays exactly where it is in
your existing platforms.
